Florida Vehicle Bill of Sale and Promissory Note Forms

Whenever you sell any vehicle and also wish to allow the Buyer to make installment payments on the vehicle, you should document the transaction in writing. An Automobile or Vehicle Bill of Sale and Promissory Note can be used by anyone selling a car, van, car, truck, trailer or motorcycle to another person with installment payments. The Vehicle Bill of Sale offers the option to sell the vehicle "as is" or with a warranty. A Vehicle Bill of Sale is generally used together with a mileage/odometer disclosure statement form (which is included in this package).
